Fingers crossed I may get to game tonight. If I'm on, would love some multi-player RIGs action.

I've bought this now. Does that mean six of us have it yet?
I've only seen the demo - which while more generous than EVE's, is still fairly stingy, limiting you to one control method and half a match.

well i have purchsed some travel sickness pils for rigs will try them tonight to let you know if they work Being a woose I’ve now got some ginger root tablets to take before a session with crystallised ginger on standby, if that doesn’t sort my head out I may have to give up or stick to the more stable games. I’m sure it’s psychological, because I’m apprehensive about the ill effects It means I’m unintentionally being more aware and looking for them, perhaps I should relax with couple of vodka shots instead.

I haven't had a match yet but I've been running round the test arena trying out the different rigs. I've experienced my first moments of not quite feeling tip-top, so didn't have the hat on that long. I was tired before I started though, and slightly too warm, which probably contributed.
I'm looking forward to getting used to the controls though - before I start matches and inevitably get repeatedly drubbed. I couldn't get along with turning the rig with my head, so will be sticking with right stick to move, noggin to aim. I forget the name of it but after a few mins trying the rigs I think I'll be starting with the little one with the hula hoops on its back.

Well, I never got round to putting this back on. While checking my order history in order to complain (justifiably) about something else, I noticed I had a few days left to return this. 'It's been opened', I said to Amazon and, expecting the answer no, I continued. 'Is a refund still possible?' I axed.
'Why yes. Just print this label and send it back for a full refund.'
Result! Cuts the losses a bit, anyway. I probably never would have played it again.

Not liking Rigs then? TBH I thought it looked very limited appeal, VR or not I'd of thought it wouldn't be a long burner.

Not liking Rigs then? TBH I thought it looked very limited appeal, VR or not I'd of thought it wouldn't be a long burner. Well, of the available big games it's the only one I thought looked worth a purchase. I enjoyed what I played, admittedly not much, but I'm in a bit of a gaming doldrums right now and can't find the motivation. If there'd been five pals with this game all able to get on at the same time, I can see it would be a blast*. But with AI teams, pretty limited for me. If nothing else comes out for the magic hat (which imo is absolutely screaming out for games now) I might well buy it again when it hits the bargain bin. * Sadly my only mp experience of the last couple of weeks was seeing Borahorza on Destiny patrols, waving at him, and not being waved back at. I was crushed.
