So the last of us gets it on ps3 on year of release 2013, then the next year for the ps4, and now again in 2016 because it had a k4 upgrade?
All other devs may as well give up, even EA haven't managed to regurgitate the same game 3 times.

I've played, completed and platinumed lots of good games this year. Probably because of the delays this has been the best year of game releases I can remember. Uncharted 4, Dark Souls 3, Battlefield 1 and Doom but the one that I haven't completed yet gets my game of the year, Final Fantasy 15. It has lived up to the hype and the fantasy open world game I'll remember for a long time. It has lots to do in the game and played at any pace you like. The programming technical achievement of seamless game play is amazing. You can play the whole game without loading screens and all battles are in real time with the option of a wait mode. The only other game that sort of can do that is The Witcher 3. The Blood and Wine DLC which came out this year for it has a special mention too.
My list of game awards goes to
Best graphics - Uncharted 4 Best gameplay - Dark Souls 3 Best Multiplayer - Battlefield 1
