You can rank up offline but thats only to yourself, I had to re do tracks when I was able to connect again in order for the club to gain points. Im sure the club logo only appears when connected.

Logo stays logo stays even with connection problems but it won't let you choose the club paint scheme. Think we need to change colour scheme to match our badge, ark at me only been here 5 minutes.

To clarify your club badge stays on your car whatever paint scheme you choose however club paint scheme is only available when connected.

It seems ridiculous that they have created a game based on social interaction, where it seems like server capacity was just an afterthought.

Game director Paul Rustchynsky coment on Twitter, " We've got no limits to the amount of servers or the quality of hardware, its purely down to the server code having some bugs." They should have delayed it until they were sure it worked... Oh wait
