Yeah the rubber banding isn’t even discreet.

Looks fine to me. I spent down time on it this morning, leaderboards are working and Upon seeing how some of my times compare with others I've redone the first three events on the tour. Got a couple of top 200 times! Hooked already

Flicked on Driveclub at about 1:30am after dooing my Destiny daily chores, to find the servers were working! Was so surprised I stayed up for another hour and a half, Got the club to another level and 3 more for myself. Finally went to bed after nodding off and waking up to find my car rattling along the barriers.

I couldn't see anyone else's times on the leaderboards though, servers weren't working for me. Mind you, I might have been looking in the wrong place, because being old I get confused easily. I'm not even sure which forum I'm supposed to be posting in because there's another one with a DC thread half a mile down the front page.

Multiplayer is basically stock car racing, trust me don't get left with the back markers they are lethal.

That was exactly the same as my experience with forza online. Give it a few weeks and all the idiots who like to crash their way around and don't know what a brake is will have moved on to the next game

Multiplayer is basically stock car racing Racing against the computer is like stock car racing, what annoys me is that you get penalised when another car rams you! Mind you, I do my fair share of ramming, a bit of late braking into the corners, wham, get out of my way!

My favourite trick is to use the AI to get round the corners by bouncing of them I think they will do something about being penalised for them hitting you in a future patch, I wish they would sort the weather out as well, cant wait to drive in the now/rain

I haven't bought the game yet can I still join a club? I'm waiting for the PS+ version before I get the full game.

There are 4 places up for grabs at the moment, keepad and windsor have put their names forward to join when they get the game, I suppose it depends whether there are any places left by the time the PS+ version comes out.
We could of course just make another club and spread members out across the 3 if needs must.

Latest update as of 20/10/14
We're still improving server performance to get all of you enjoying full online connectivity together, but the majority of DRIVECLUB players should now be able to connect and play online. More server updates and upgrades are coming online over the weekend, so while this work continues you may still experience some issues with connectivity but please keep trying. When you do get connected you can go online, play for your club, use your club cars, play multiplayer races, compete in face-offs, and compare your best times and scores with everyone on the leaderboards. This is in addition to playing in Tour mode, creating your own single events and customising your cars in your garage (which you can do offline too). We will continue to keep you informed as we make progress and we know we've said this before but we mean it: We know how frustrating it is when you can't get connected and we feel it too. We are working flat out to get online sign-in, multiplayer racing and leaderboards running smoothly for everyone, all of the time. We can't thank you enough for your messages of support and feedback during the past week, so please keep talking to us and sharing your thoughts about the game while you play.
