I have a second character at level 28 and happy to help fill empty gaps if needed.
My preference would be to mix the teams up every now and then. It would be nice to play a few games with as many members as possible.

Sorry for screwing this up - been away from home for 24 hours due to friend in need.
I guess real life will trump destiny sometimes so there needs to be some comms channel on a per-team basis where people can make their excuses. As the game progresses I think interest will wain anyway so it's a very dynamic thing and it might just be better to organise in teams of 6 on destiny itself and have no fixed fireteam membership?

I really enjoyed last weeks raid, and personally I'm a fan of knowing who im raiding with and those people knowing where I stand or what I do etc, so I prefer fixed teams, it's just what I'm used to from WoW etc etc.

Just sat waiting for 30 mins with no inv... If I'm not needed that's cool, but like a lot of people I have to make time to do this, and a heads up that Team B etc didn't need me would of been great and polite, especially as I was looking forward to it. I am curious who replaced me, and good luck.

I have no idea what happened with the second team, however we did not go raiding with fixed teams as was suggested we do. I trust that everyone is friends with everyone else? I know I am not friends with macdivs at the moment but that will be corrected shortly. Perhaps we need some way to ensure this is the case? EDIT: Also the party organised by Ebandriel to organise the raid would not let more than 8 people in, despite being configured for 16, so that meant there was no single place to organise. That is a bit annoying.

Sorry Blivy, I should have paid closer attention to who was online from the proposed teams. Whilst there was enough for two teams three of us were pretty much committed to starting tonight with another three who had already agreed on Tuesday to team up again. I should have suggested you be invited to the team that did go last night if we were trying to stick with the team system. This confusion was partly due to having two incomplete teams on Tuesday but neither able to fill six spots which meant no one went raiding! It might take a few weeks to get a system in place that is simple and everyone is happy with.

I was asked by Bahamut if I could raid 8/9. I replied with 9 and heard nothing else back. This was at 6.30ish. Bahamut message me last night apologising saying that the others were on earlier and wanted to go. This is fine with me, I just wish I could of been messaged that there going early or something so I could make other plans etc, irony is I prob could of made it on earlier too, but as I hadn't heard anything, assumed 9 was cool. Either way I have no issues as these things happen Having played end game Wow a lot, my experience tells me that fixed teams and fixed times are the way forward. Otherwise way too much stress is placed on leaders to make everyone happy, and pray that the people that say they'll be online, are. It looks like there enough for 3 solid teams, and of course I'm not saying people within those teams can't move around, if they so please.

Thanks Blivy.
I have absolutely no experience of being in a clan! so any suggestions/advice from people who have been through this before are greatly appreciated.
Hope to be raiding/striking/Dying with more of you soon!

The shifts I work and the tempo I'm working at mean I am massively unable to commit to a set day each week. Best I can do is a few days notice and then just get lucky if I'm around and there is space.

Gonna run a raid with some m8's and they want the Achieve, so will be switching tags for a few hours tonight. Just a polite heads up, hope that's cool.

Glad you had fun although you getting the gloves annoys me slightly lol
Happy you will hopefully get the audio sorted to as I'm sure you found last night that communication is key (just as much as staying alive lol)
