nightmare mate, I cant run 3 monitors of my card even though it has 3 outputs, 2 hmdi and one dp, how that work??

I reckon u struck unlucky, in my experience the port configuration changes depending who puts there name to the card, I had the same thing with one of mine, all reviews said it came with HDMI as standard but when it came to it the one I ordered (the cheapest) had the mini version, luckily I had an adapter.

I've got dvi-d, hdmi n 3 mDPs.
N same again on the other card, which can give me a max of 6 monitors

mmm, speaker plugged in is it motherboard sound or soundcard, install realtek audio driver is the most likely

You sorted the sound? U have to select your audio device, on Win7 its right click on the speaker icon in taskbar and goto playback device.

V helpful guys at PCSpecialist, the guy took it into remote mode n sorted it all out.
Looks like the the motherboard drivers hadn't all been sorted b4 being sent out
