£279.99 UK price point 299 dollars, looks like we get screwed again on price. No Region lock so imports are possible which I can see happening a lot. Eurogamer article

Have just got my hands on a switch cartridge, it's tiny, in between Micro SD and SD, oh and the boxes are a bit cheap n tacky very flimsy.

There's nothing wrong with the hardware, it's a nice bit of kit feels like a quality product, obviously care needs to be taken when sliding the controller's in and out and same goes for the docking station, treat it with respect. Can see why it's cartridge based all the teck is in the main unit, all the docking station is just a glorified charger, so a HD would have added horrible weight it's not exactly light as it is, it's a worthy successor to the Nintendo crown, just forget the Wiiu ever happened, and hope it gets software support beyond glorified phone games.

What's it like? The advert of telly showing some very gimmicky games, milking a cow and shaking up a bottle?? Put me right off it.

Yep me to, I've avoided those games, especially as they want us to pay £35 for the teck demo, but as a traditional portable console with the ability to connect to the TV without disgracing itself nothing can beat it.
I like that there are several ways to use the controller's, I use the traditional attached ether side of the screen for hand held, and the pro controller for TV, switching between the to is smooth and faultless, want to play on TV no problem slip it into the doc pick up the pro controller hit the two shoulder buttons and away you go and vice versa.
