Hi all, I'm getting bored with my PS4 with PSN down times and broken games, I was going to go out this weekend and get an Xbox one which seems to be a better overall system.
I then stumbled across the new Alienware Alpha which seems to be an upgradable cross over and makes use of the steam set up for games.
I think this system might be the way ahead until Sony sorts it's act out, what do you guys think?

I have an XBOX ONE, it's not a bad piece of kit, too much is made of the graphics issue. When you're playing a game you really won't notice any difference.
Alienware are over priced for the spec, so I wouldn't recommend the alpha. The base model isn't as good as the PS4 or ONE, looking at the specs you would have to go for the $800 version which would probably be pushing £600, maybe more knowing this country. You could build a better PC for that money.

I may hold off any new hardware then, I will wait for the reviews to come out and maybe MS might even have some good deals this winter holiday with a bigger HDD.
