Can anyone recommend a gaming mouse, preferably with extra buttons. Games like arma 3 and chivalry medieval have so many controls for an old git like me.

Is that one programable, like you can can have one mouse button simulating multiple keyboard presses? Quite expensive I see.

Not programable no its very comfortable which was my main criteria as previous mice have given me bad cramp before. The sensitivity adjustment is very fine tuneable as well

Im using a Roccat kone pure laser mouse which is fully programmable for anything. You can create macro functions and it has a button called easy shift which allows you to set a button to do two different things or a macro. Its also got a great scroll wheel and probably the smoothest mouse I've ever used. Its also got a nice logo light effect on it which you can set the colour of if aesthetics is important. I bought it to go with the matching keyboard, the Isku. Its not cheap but money well spent. Its currently 20 quid off from Amazon.
