Night time is supposed to be the most dangerous time, I bet it's not a relaxing game. Might have a look at it when it comes to ps4. Is it much fun in mp mode?

Is anyone else thinking of getting this?
I believe it has co-op, but I can't find if that is for a section of the game or the whole game.
It is looking good, and as I'm not likely to get a XBone with Dead Rising 3, I will need to look elsewhere.

I have this and its worth getting and as Keith said it looks amazing, and apart from the first couple of missions the whole game can be played in co-op. Also a mode for 4 players where you try and survive. Btw Dead Rising 3 is very good too.

I have just pre-ordered it on the PS4.
Hopefully a few of us do as I'd love to play it co-op.

I'm about halfway through Dying Light, and am having an absolute blast. Coming off the back of playing Alien: Isolation which is now one of my favourite games, you are always expecting to be let down, but this hasn't been the case.
Like GTA, the story line is good, but predictable, with the side quests being interesting (so far) and not that repetitive (as side quests can be, see Assassin's Creed). However the story and the side quests can take a side note due to the fun to be had just killing zombies. The body physics is immense. If you hack away a leg, the zombies will fall over, but will still crawl along the floor to get to you. Take off arms and they will still lunge at you, albeit with little hope for a decent bite. Get yourself a decent weapon and you can slice a body in pieces, look down and they will be all there, separately dripping blood.
Steviechowmain and I had a great evening playing co-op a couple of nights ago. It makes the game easier as you can watch each others backs, but allows impromptu races and competitions to be created. Go past a group of zombies and it suggests a competition to see who can kill the most, place a way marker and it allows you to race to that point etc.
It also allows you to watch the game as Stevie set off an explosion, I was able to stand back and watch the majesty of several zombies realistically flying through the air and hitting things. So much fun!
I can highly recommend this game. Hours of fun! I am struggling to work out whether to play Dying Light, or be sociable and play Destiny for the banter (the game itself has lost me, but I like the social aspect).
