Interesting. That car is a handful in the dry in my experience, so should be an interesting week.

I think there may have been some behind the scenes tweaking, because the Atom is very similar and used to be underivable, you just had to tap the steering and it would overseer into the nearest track side obstacle, now at lest it stays out of the hedge along the straights. The XTM’s alright I had a bit of fun with it, look out for the orange clouds.

A good time from Flur, Pauls ghost was missing that always deadens my enjoyment, but eventually got a freaky couple of first sectors that were good enough to get me ahead.

I confidently expect that I'll be bringing up the rear as usual on this one, but that little kart is fun to drive.

The only ghost that appeared for me was pigmagnets. Very good laptime Chris! You are untouchable in that first sector. I am always about 1 second behind you through there. However I am pretty rapid through the next two sectors and have stolen the lead with a sub 1:26. youtu.be/GiXW6vpduLQ for the in game view of my lap

At the news I’m losing a second to you on the last two sectors, I’d throw the cigarette lighter, my Super Tramp cassettes & furry dice out the window, but this motor hasn’t got any windows.

The scary thing is the last two sectors are easy to go fast in. But I have no idea how you are getting through the first sector so quick. Didn't matter what line I took I couldn't get close.

Well I did enjoy this one, and managed to whittle down my time to about a tenth of a second from the lead. I don't know what you were smoking for the final section Dan, but I managed to get a whole second on you by the second split time and somehow lost it on the last 2 bends. Nice one.

I enjoyed it too, that track seams to flow better that way around, the hairpin up the hill was my Achilles heel I found it hard to keep a good line and keep the speed up. The video gives away how Dan was quick, at the end he doesn’t let up for the bridge entry and nails it around the last corner, On the first sector I had a different line and was glad the ghost didn’t upload otherwise he would have been even quicker. However Mr Pig, I don’t know what you did on the first sector as while I was able to keep ahead of Dan when my target time changed mid lap to yours my next time around I was nearly a second down. As it was nearly midnight I drove it into the wall and gave up.

I knocked a lot off my lap times as soon as I decided to be less cautious on the first left-hander, and found I could brake much later. And the awkward left-hander after that - that funny little kinked bit - gave me a lot of grief, most of the time I spun out there. But I just got it perfect once or twice and reckon that made a huge difference. Just couldn't get the best line round the bridge.

Yeah I massively struggled in that first sector but the speed I carried through the final two corners makes a massive difference. The key to those is just feathering the throttle a bit to keep on the line and turn in early for the last corner and get on the power as early as you can.
Trickiest corners were the first two left handers. Couldn't get around that first one quickly and the second one with the kink had me span out so many times

I thought I'd watched that vid but it turns out I hadn't. Yes, I can take that first left one faster, but couldn't get the very final one without clipping it.
