The problem with drive club is its been so delayed that people are not as interested now with games coming out at the same time that they want more. If it doesn't deliver on its promises. It will drive them no pun intended to project cars, the crew or even GTA5 which has multiplayer racing in too.

Stuff em both I’ll just buy a Dreamcast and PGR again. And yes Paul Project Gotham Racing was a naff name, and not a Batmobile in site. But don’t pay any attention to me rambling, I’m just passing time until clocking off time. The wife keeps telling me I should be more optimistic but I know if I was I’d only end up being disappointed. The Dreamcast what an amazing games machine, criminally overlooked.I still have mine lying around somewhere.

Still got my Dreamcast knocking around somewhere, and Metropolis Street Racer, which as you know was the precursor to Project Gotham. Did you know that the name project Gotham came about because Superman comes from Metropolis, and project Gotham (Batman) was was development title used for the sequel, which stuck? Anyway, from what I can gather, Drive club will be more arcadey (think PGR) and Project cars will be more sim (think Forza).

My mistakes I had forgotten that PGR was the sequel to MSR, imbarrisingly it was the misses who reminded me as MSR was the reson I bought the Dreamcast.
I was a fan of both Gotham & Forza, they are big boots to fill I hope at least one of them manages to pull it off.

I'm looking forward to driveclub. I need a good racer to scratch that itch so will probably buy both this and project cars. How are we going to do the club since they are limited to 6 people?

They were 12 initially but they reduced it to 6 for a "tighter" club experience and so you could do a full 6v6 race event

Well that sucks! Mind you how many teams of 6 can we make, it could make for some interesting inter forum battles.

So when will we be starting the inaugural Inter-Team/Site Challenge Cup? If we can get a minimum of 4 full teams of 6 the winning teams from each race of 12 battle it out to decide the ultimate racing team champions!
It does kind of sound like the orders filmic 30fps excuse when in reality they probably just can't get it sorted.

Bad News if you have a Logitech steering wheel. Sony has admitted Logitech steering wheels will not work on the PS4. You would need to buy a Thrustmaster instead because of an exclusivity agreement. www.eurogamer.net/articles/2014-10-01-sony-confirms-wheels-that-work-with-ps4-racer-driveclubI have a Logitech steering wheel because of the agreement Sony had with GT5 and now I feel shafted. No racing games for me on PS4 then. I will try the free PSN Driveclub game *cough Demo cough* to see how it is on a pad.

I'm in the same club.
So it's Sony's fault we can't use our wheels on the PS4 then. I was blaming Logitech. I was thinking of selling my G25 and buying the new Thrustmaster T300RS but after looking at the price on Amazon £250 I'll pass.

The T80 isn't a force feedback wheel unfortunately which is a must for me. I've had 2 different force feedback wheels and I can never go back to one without.
